Color Your World - Laser Lemon

This week’s colour is Laser Lemon, and for me, that means the Genie that is laser focused on Family. Djinn Diesel from TTCombat’s Rumbleslam.

When it came to painting Djinn Diesel, it was very easy to want to paint him blue, like Aladdin’s Genie. However, the card art has him as yellow, which is very striking and looks great. For the swirl of smoke beneath him, I painted it pink (which is a great base for painting yellow) and airbrushed yellow onto key areas, some stronger than others, which gives it a lovely variance in colour on the smoke.
