How To Paint Xenomorphs

And The BEST Way To Use Metallics

I'd like to show you how I paint Xenomorphs, and to show you, I have three examples!

The three examples include painting the Scorched Xenomorph from Alien Romulus, which can be easily modified to be done as Big Chap from Alien. Second example is how to use coloured metallic paints, which I find to be very difficult to make look good. With this drybrush layering technique, we create a great effect.

Third example shows you how to paint an albino Xenomorph, which was part of an early script for Aliens.

I use a mix of TTCombat and Citadel paints in this video, and I highly recommend the TTCombat paints.

The models are sculpted by Papsikels and were bought from Blitzed3d on Etsy, who has a commercial license to sell Papsikels models.
