How To Paint Fire/Flame Effects
Turn the heat up with this painting tutorial for painting fire effects!
Whether you want to decorate a battlefield, add damage markers to your vehicles, or replace tokens completely, this Smoke/Fire marker is ideal for the job!
All of these markers are made to order, and with this there are things that will change from marker to marker, such as darkness of the smoke (black/grey) and shape of the smoke, however the smoke can be reshaped if need be.
The smoke can be customised to create effects like in the example picture, where the smoke is billowing out of the burned out car.
Maybe one is not enough! Perhaps your Necron Phalanx need some added Tippy power behind the Gauss Blaster barrage, or your Space Marines’ Assault Intercessors could use some Tippys for their Chainswords? How about 10 of them?
Order 10 (ten) of these white pearl, black pips and Tippy Logo all at once and save over buying them one at a time!
These are 16mm D6.
Need a D6? Well how about a sweet 16mm D6 with Tippy as the 6 spot? A white pearl die with black pips and logo.

This video will show you how I paint fire effects using a technique I developed over the years, though I'm sure others found this technique long ago, but where are their videos about it? Exactly.
I use an Egyptian Brazier from Maxmini as my painting example, and all the paints I use are by TTCombat.
Within the video you'll find more examples of my flame effects on other models which give different styles of fire, and effect.
