Anything Goes August Roundup
A month without limits!
Well, that was the plan! I started out by painting a couple ships from Dropfleet Commander and finishing the pieces I made to replace the tokens for Bioficer Beacons. However, for the last three weeks I’ve been quite ill. A week of Covid knocked me on my arse for the week following, where I picked up a nasty cold which moved to my chest as well as clogging my sinuses. I still have that lingering cough, but I’m out of the worst of it! It even disrupted a video I was making about Brambletrek!
Below are some photos of what I painted, however! And they are set to be Lightbox images, so clicking one will open up a larger version of the image. I painted The Anomaly, which was the first look at the Bioficers. I used Minimould to make moulds of the central piece of the ship to make Greenstuff copies for the Bioficer Beacons. The other ship is the Cyber Monday model from TTCombat, the Luxury Yacht which has rules in Dropfleet Commander as a Civilian Ship Scenario, under Affluence Liner. It even has a little landing strip on the top of it, which I added wheel marks to, for crafts having landed there. And on the runway there is a craft waiting to take off, which I think is a nice detail.
So, what next?
